COMPLETE WEDDINGS AT HIDDEN RIVER EVENTS

If you desire a wedding that contains all the elements of the “tried-and-true,” without having any of the hassle and excess cost and with the chance to add your own signature touch, if you so desire, our Complete Wedding may be your best choice. With this package, all that is necessary on your part is the making of a few decisions with regard to food, cake, and color theme. You purchase your own beer and wine and leave the rest to us. To choose this complete wedding, instead of selecting the same items through our a la carte “Optional Add-Ons” package, saves clients $250 for smaller weddings and $500 for weddings of 100 guests or more. Housing for up to 50 guests on site, and/or a Honeymoon night or two at a local B&B can also be added to this package.

We have two “Complete Wedding” Package Options. One is known as “Rustic Chic” and includes BBQ and the option of modest appetizers at its food core along with modest and lovely floral decor. The other complete wedding is “Mountain Elegance” and features gourmet food selections and elegant floral décor.

Pricing for these complete weddings falls into the following ranges. You will note that there is the “Complete Wedding” and there is also the “Faithfully Elegant” Option within each category. The latter does not include live music for the ceremony and cocktail hour, hair styling, make-up, and as much floral décor, in an effort to provide a more economical package. Exact pricing can be quoted upon request.

$6000 for a Sunday Rustic Chic wedding for 50 people on a Sunday up to to $20,500 for a Friday and Saturday night, including a rehearsal dinner for up to 36 guests. Examples of other pricing is as follows (again, an exact quote according to your expected numbers can be provided upon request):

• Wedding cake with floral décor (see below for choices of style, flavors/fillings)

Please note: The more economically priced “Faithfully Elegant” weddings do not include make-up and hairstyling, live ceremony/cocktail music, locally made scroll, and floral arbor décor at ceremony site
