- Your preferred date or time of the year
- Your name, email, and phone number
- The size of event you anticipate
- If you think you’ll need accommodations
If you don’t hear from us promptly, or if you prefer, please call: 828-216-0341 and ask for Jeanne Sommer or Katie O’Brien. If we do not answer, please leave a message. Sometimes, we’re out on the lawn mower, or out of cell phone range, or giving tours and can’t answer the phone. We typically return your call that day, or later in the evening. Sometimes it’s the next day. We won’t forget you.
Also, many people have asked who is singing on our website. Her name is Julee Glaub and she can be found at www.juleeglaub.com The song she is singing is on her “Fields Far Away” album and it’s called “You’ll Always be Mine.” She’s an amazing musician in the Raleigh/Chapel Hill area and she’s willing to travel to Hidden River and other sites to perform, either solo or with her great band.
