2008 Pricing

A limited number of Friday and Sunday dates remain available for the 2008 peak season (April to November 20), along with numerous weekday time slots.  Prices for Fridays and Sundays range from $2550 to $2750.   Email or call and we’ll send you a sample contract.  Winter weddings are also available for smaller wedding parties (40 guests or less), but without the tented facilities.  Canopies and on-site accommodations can be used for covered events in the winter, for smaller parties.

2009 Pricing

Clients can select from one of the following three package options:

Package Option #1:

Standard Value Packages without accommodations

 (Priced for up to 150 Guests)

• Friday night:  11:00 a.m. to midnight:  $3600_____
• Saturday night:  11:00 a.m. to midnight: $3800_____
• Sunday night:  11:00 a.m. to midnight: $3400_____
• Weekdays:  11 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.:  $2000_____
  
  

Please note:  For Clients who wish only to secure the Venue without accommodations for their event, they may have the option, no sooner than 2 months prior to their event, to add accommodations on a full or partial basis for 1 or more nights

Package Option #2:

Standard Value Packages with accommodations

(Priced for up to 150 guests with 44 guests on site and the option of adding a rehearsal dinner for up to 50 guests on the lawn* by the White House):

(Please note:  When Clients rent accommodations for multiple nights and the site venue for one day, there will likely be another event on the venue the night before or after yours.)

*Optional Rehearsal Dinner on Lawn

Add a Rehearsal Dinner on the Lawn by the White House.  HRE provides set up of tables, chairs, canopies, linens, and centerpieces for up to 50 guests. (Client or caterer must supply all plates and utensils/flatware.)  All music and loud outside noise must cease by 10 p.m.  An event host can be added to your event for $100, as can labor for servers, etc. (Please Note:  As there will likely be another event on the property the night before your wedding, priority goes to the other event when it comes to amplified music and other sound/behaviors that might interfere.)

Package Option #3:

Sole access to the Farm with Accommodations for up to 48 guests and set up of Standard Value Package Items for up to 150 guests anywhere on the property for up to two events:

• Thursday at 2 p.m. to Sunday at 11:00 a.m.: $7000_____
• Additional nights’ accommodations (Mon-Wed.) can be added for $500/night___
