Hidden River Events hosts weddings, retreats, and other celebrations. We provide a quality setting and all the infrastructure needed for a largely outdoor event (e.g. tents, tables, chairs, DJ, dance floor, full length linens, centerpieces for floral décor, ice chests, elegant mahogany canopies, rustic arches and arbors, catering tent, horse carriage, etc. included in all of our packages).  We can host large (over 185) or small (15 or less) weddings at our venue.  Our lovely guest houses can host up to 52 guests, with 13 bedrooms, 20 beds, and 8 sleeper sofas.  Many couples, even local couples, choose our combined packages and make a weekend out of their event.  We provide a leisurely and lovely experience on our farm with kind and efficient service.  Our prices, with or without housing included, are among the most competitive in the region.  Clients are free to DIY or they can select any of our “Optional Add-ons,” such as catering, music, photography, flowers, etc.  Either way, you’ll find that we can save you 100’s of dollars and a lot of stress in planning.  In addition to providing kind and efficient services, we wish to offer you reasonable pricing so you can be well on your way to a happy and wonderful life together. 

Please email to inquire about availability and exact pricing for your event.  Our Sunday prices are the most affordable, as are our weekday packages.  Saturday dates for 2009 are booked through October 31, 2009.  2010 Saturday dates are booking quickly.

Our peak season is from April 15 to Nov. 7.  Events that are to occur in the “off-season” are limited to 50 or less guests in order to accommodate with indoor ceremonies and receptions.  Off-season pricing is amazingly affordable and Hidden River is beautiful in the winter.
