Winter Weddings

From Nov. 10 until March 31st, Hidden River offers two choices for off-season weddings:

Small to Mid-sized events: We can host 50 guest or less weddings during the Off-Season at a very reasonable rate. Inquire as to what might be available for you. These can be completely indoors, if need be. Accommodations can be included, or not.

Mid-Sized to Large Events: If you are looking for a reasonable place to host your ceremony and/or reception, talk to us about renting our farm, our tent complex (complete with sidewalls and heaters, as needed), and tables/chairs. If you have an event that you?d like to undertake, completely ?Self-Serve,? this is a reasonable option for many. Prices are $2500 and include the tents, tables/chairs, tent heaters, as needed, and fire bowls, rhododendron arches, barnwood table, torches. Inquire if you are interested in this option.

Winter weather in Asheville can vary greatly, from very chilly to enough warmth to conduct a ceremony and reception outside, with or without heating. The amazing views remain the same, even more dramatic when the leaves are off the trees.

We only offer a few of these events, because in the winter time we are rejuvenating and preparing for the peak season. Don't hesitate, however, to inquire as to our availability. Pricing for Winter Weddings is very reasonable.
