INTIMATE DETAILED LIST OF WHAT IS INCLUDED:

When we say ALL-inclusive, we mean it. Many venues simply mean the site rental with tables and chairs and—sometimes—with linens, dishes and food included.   But we mean EVERYTHING you need for a complete event:

CEREMONY SITES:

Your choice of five lovely ceremony sites (by the river, by the pond/perennial garden, in the “marrying field,” in the cut flower garden, under the sycamore tree) with decorative arbors at each site

PERMANENT EVENT TENT:

An architecturally beautiful event tent on a permanent concrete foundation with electricity, water, bathrooms, lighting, décor, vintage bar and buffet, catering tent

EVENT MANAGEMENT:

Your event will be managed with the utmost care and attention to detail from the moment you start planning to the execution of your event. Throughout planning you will have an Event Manager who will: serve as your primary contact, keep track of all of your decisions, organize all of your details in live, shared planning documents, keep your in-house vendors and venue staff updated, and keep you on track to make sure everything is covered. On the day of your wedding you’ll have a coordinator who is familiar with all of your plans who will: be your main contact for the day, be present until the end of your event, direct staff and vendors, and work with the rest of our team to ensure a smooth flow according to the planned timeline. Virtually, and in person, you will have support by your side every step of the way.

LOCALLY GROWN FLOWERS:

Locally grown flowers (from the gardens at Hidden River when possible) with up to 1 bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaid’s bouquets, 3 boutonnieres, cake flowers, and all reception table centerpieces. Couple can upgrade floral package to include specific flowers, featured color choices, customized design work, etc. and they can add additional floral pieces, i.e. more bouquets, arbor and/or altar flowers, hair pieces, corsages, flower girl baskets, flower-dog collars, etc. at reasonable costs.

Photography services include 4 hours of photography from a choice of several photographers on day of wedding, all post production work (i.e. Editing/artistic retouching etc.), all finished hi-resolution files exclusively for the couple (via digital download), and single party reprint rights (additional photography hours can be purchased for $250/per hour);

DESSERT OPTIONS:

Choose from beautiful wedding cakes in a variety of flavors and styles, a cutting cake and cupcakes, individual cakes (cake bar), or a pie bar.

ELEGANT CHANGING SUITE:

All weddings include access to a changing suite with mirrors, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.  The changing suite is adaptable so that both partners can be present in the room, separated by a divider if you so choose.

HORSE AND CARRIAGE:

Some form of love will always bring you to our weddings. Our current draft horse is “Dr. Love” and true, gentle giant.  He is a Belgian draft horse and he pulls either an elegant, white “vis a vis” carriage or a more casual surrey with a fringe roof.  Arrive alone, together, with a parent, or with members of your wedding party. The carriage waits for the couple and drives them away for our “victory lap” where you have time to snuggle and settle into married life before going back for photos and/or to greet guests.  (carriage photos here)

ALL NECESSARY LABOR AND ANCILLARY ITEMS NEEDED:

Labor includes total setup and cleanup of all inclusions at the end of the event; removal of trash; sheets and towels for all the on-site houses; dishes; utensils; paper meal and cocktail napkins; ice for the bar; wood for the fire pit; delivery and return of all rental items, kegs, and taps; access to local beer, wine, champagne at a cost plus basis; access to our “Décor Storage Area” with choices of vases, lanterns, shepherds hooks, bird cages, wooden slabs and stumps; firewood provided for in-ground fire pit and fire bowls provided.

ADDITIONAL HOUSING CAN BE ADDED AVAILABLE AND DESIRED.  Sometimes, these particular houses are also available for weddings.  Regardless of the night, there is a two night minimum for the rental of these homes and the third night can be offered at a 25% discount:

AFTER PARTY HOUSE:

When the Field house is added to an Intimate Wedding package, this house can be used by one of the partners as a changing house and, at the end of your event, couples can dismiss remaining guests to the Field House and continue the party.  At last call, the bartender will take remaining alcohol to this house for the couple to enjoy with family and friends.

LOCATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ON-SITE REHEARSAL DINNER:

If the Craggie View house is included as a vacation rental house, the couple has access to a deck overlooking the valley or a side yard next to it for a rehearsal dinner for up to 42 people, the night before the event and/or a morning after brunch.  Infrastructure includes: chairs, tables, linens, compostable serving and glassware, utensils, bar infrastructure. This is a perfect option for an affordable DIY event, or you can add 1 or more staff people for a more relaxed event. Couples can provide their own food and alcohol or have our caterer drop off or serve the menu. (For an additional fee, couples can host more than 42 guests and host their event anywhere on the property.)
