The Simply Yours Wedding Package at Hidden River Events is designed for couples who want an elegant, personalized celebration without the overwhelm. This all-inclusive package delivers a beautiful mountain wedding with full-service support—while allowing you to make a few meaningful decisions before we handle the rest. It differs from Mountain Elegance in that you make your decisions PRIOR to contract signing, have an equally lovely but more limited palette of offerings, do not work with the event manager or utilize our password protected website.  It is similar in terms of high quality options and inclusion of all labor so you can just enjoy your wedding.  It’s simply more affordable and for the person who doesn’t want any tedium around planning.

Ideal for Asheville destination weddings and couples who value simplicity and style, this package ensures you can enjoy your engagement without stress.

What You Do: Choose a few preferences before signing your contract.
What We Do: Take care of the rest, including planning, rentals, staffing, decor, and more.
Note: The only item you provide is your alcohol (if serving). Drop it off at the bar the day of your event.

Floral Decor

Menu Selection

Choose from 3  menus, with option to completely customize to anything

• Gourmet BBQ with sides, buns cornbread
• Classic (one protein, salad, artisan bread)

• Totally customize to anything you wish
• Add vegetarian or vegan dishes
• Notify us of food allergies
• Include vendor meals, if desired

• DJ or live music during ceremony and cocktail hour

How We Hold it All For You

Within a few weeks of signing the contract, you receive an “Event Protocol” that contains all of your decisions and highlights the few additional things you need to decide:  timeline, DJ play list, set up design.  That document becomes our marching orders to execute your wedding flawlessly.
