When creating an upgraded menu, please keep the following in mind:
- If catering is included in your contract, the credit will be applied to the total cost of your upgraded menu order.
- You may choose 1 protein, 2 sides, and 1 salad – prices listed below cover all 4 selections.
- Upgraded menus include sweet & unsweet teas as well as artisan breads.
- Additional sides may be included at $2.50pp.
- Additional proteins are 50% off the listed price of the lesser priced protein when added to a buffet.
- For a plated dinner service:
- There is an additional $2.00pp + $100 for every 25 guests.
- You may choose more than one entree to serve for a plated dinner. The listed price below applies to the total servings of each entree.
- You must assign seating for your reception dinner so that the Hidden River staff can do its job most efficiently.
