An Elopement at Hidden River Events is defined as an event with 2-20 people that is a ceremony only or a ceremony with a few a la carte items.  Elopements can occur at any time during the year, subject to availability and with a week’s notice.  Depending upon the day of the week, some housing options may be available and can be added to an elopement package. Option #1: CEREMONY ONLY (These are available at 11 a.m. on weekends, as available, or anytime Monday-Thursday)

Everything included with a ceremony only plus any of the following additions:

UP TO 4 PEOPLE:  $1600
(includes set up of chairs, arbor, ceremony site, restrooms for changing/use, two witnesses as needed and if available, and up to 2.5 hours on the property). Officiant services can be added but are not included. 

UP TO 20 PEOPLE:  $2500
(includes set up of chairs, arbor, ceremony site, restrooms for changing/use, and up to 2.5 hours on the property). Officiant services can be added but are not included.

Option #2: CEREMONY PLUS ADDITIONS (These are available at 11 a.m. on weekends, as available, or anytime Monday-Thursday)

Everything included with a ceremony only plus any of the following additions:

Ceremony officiant:
$300

Personal flowers for the couple:
$200 (bouquets/boutonnieres)

Arbor flowers:  Small $200; Medium: $350; Large: $500; X Large: $750

Cutting cake and champagne glasses:  $75

Horse carriage and driver:  $200

Photography:  $450
(2 hours with single party unlimited printing rights)

DJ for ceremony music:  $200
